Recency Training
Pilot Licence/Permit holders who haven’t flown in 4 or 40 years are especially invited to stop in. Our staff has already gotten numerous people back in the air flying their own plane, or renting our school plane. We will help you navigate all of the requirements for re-currency to get you legally and safely back in the air. You will be surprised just how much knowledge is retained even if you haven’t flown for years.
Note: The Re-currency Training Program is customized as per the requirements to meet the Transport Canada (TC) standards hence it does not require approval by the registrar of the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills & Training, BC. As such, the registrar of PTIB did not review this program.

Lots of people come in our office who are already pilots or on their way to being pilots and due to some life occurrence just haven’t been able to fly for a while — a long while!
And that is no problem! Whether you are a student with a few hours of flight time already or a few hours left to go we will cater both the ground and in flight training that you need to obtain the license that you originally wanted to get. We are happy to provide this training on your own plane or our flight school plane.
